How are assistants verified?▼
Every assistant goes through a 14-step vetting process: application, phone interview, video interview, ID verification, background check, contract signing, NDA, and supervisor assignment. No shortcuts.
Can assistants make spending decisions?▼
Absolutely not. This is our Golden Rule. Assistants are strictly executors. They follow your pre-approved instructions exactly and have zero discretionary spending authority.
What happens to my receipts?▼
Every receipt uploaded by an assistant is permanently timestamped and locked. Records cannot be edited or deleted by anyone — not even administrators. You can download your full completion package anytime.
What is the difference between Standard and Expanded assignments?▼
Standard assignments have a spending limit up to $5,000. Expanded assignments exceed $5,000 and require enhanced assistant authorization and additional KYC verification.
How do I pay my assistant?▼
You don't pay assistants directly. Funds are held in escrow. Once you confirm task completion, our finance team reviews and releases the assistant's fixed service fee. You are never charged a percentage — fees are fixed per task.
What if something goes wrong?▼
You can raise a dispute directly from your dashboard. Our monitoring team will review all submitted proofs, logs, and communications and make a decision within 24-48 hours.
How do I apply to become an assistant?▼

What documents do I need to apply?▼
You will need a government-issued photo ID (driver's license or passport) and a recent resume/CV. Depending on your selected authorization tier, additional documentation may be required during the verification stage.
